Smart Meeting Rooms started with a simple observation: most meeting rooms do not work properly. The technology is complicated, unreliable, and frustrating. Meetings start late because someone cannot connect. Remote participants feel like second-class citizens. And when something breaks, nobody knows who to call.
Nic Bezuidenhout grew up in Durban and built Smart Meeting Rooms in the United Kingdom, delivering meeting room technology for London financial institutions, Cambridge technology companies, and NHS trusts. Over years of designing and installing rooms across the UK, the team developed a proven process: listen first, design precisely, install professionally, and support continuously.
Now, that expertise is coming home. Smart Meeting Rooms Pty Ltd is a South African company, based in Durban, serving KwaZulu-Natal and beyond. This is not a foreign company entering the SA market — it is a South African bringing international capability back to where it is needed.

Durban-born, UK-trained, and now back home to build something exceptional.
